Work force and material tracking system.
Soon, your entire world could become a digitally immersive experience. Imagine it -- a physical version of the Web, one in which everything (and maybe everyone) has a digital signature. You'll have instant access to information about products, services, landmarks and even people
A multiplatform supporting tool which helps in tracking and managing various information from different locations in real time. Organizations face challenges to gain greater control and efficiencies when managing their assets - office equipment, technology systems and people. We offer next generation asset management system using NFC and QR Code scanning technologies connected with cloud which allows organizations gain maximum usage for lifecycle management of an asset online and we help in customizing web based solution according to specific requirements
Work force tracking helps to keep project sites safe by using active NFC long-range badges to muster workers in a matter of minutes. It provides integration with access control systems to compare on-site worker lists with muster station attendance. Worker certifications can be stored and provides safety teams with information in the field on mobile devices.
The main features of personal tracking are, Employees are provided with a wearable tag.Employees swipe the tag to a portable NFC receiver at the work site/Biometric optional. The receiver aggregates the attendance data of employees and updates the cloud server. The receiver aggregates the attendance data of employees, adds geo location info and updates the cloud server.
This materials tracking gives total visibility to all your construction materials at any location and in any weather condition. its a combination of sensor tags (barcode, RFID and GPS), readers, mobile devices, software and professional services to provide construction projects unprecedented visibility of materials and plant tagged equipment from suppliers to project site warehouse and laydown yards and finally into installation. It can even be integrated into existing materials management systems, fabrication tracking systems, workface planning systems, progressing systems and commissioning systems.
Main products we used for this is Barcode printer in centralized location, Barcode Readers, iPad app to view details of the scanned, API to fetch/update the barcode information to central database/ERP. They functioned as Barcodes are generated based on standards for each item/material. APIs are created exposing relevant material inventory data from ERP (JDE). Barcode printers are used to print the barcode stickers and attach to the physical item. Long range BT enabled readers are used for scanning barcodes. iPad app is provided to look up material info while scanning (for audits , routine checks, etc)
Equipment tracking keeps the guesswork out of knowing which equipment assets are being utilized and knowing their location on a project site. Tracking products, construction equipment can be tracked with NFC tags utilizing the same NFC reader infrastructure used for materials and personnel or equipment can be tracked with GPS tags if location updates are required outside of an NFC reader network.
The proposed solution for equipment tracking involves active beacons which has 50 m range and broadcast the position of the equipment continuously. Best features they got, Beacons are tiny self-powered tags, attached to the equipment. Receivers are placed at pivotal locations within the plant/ factory. Receivers scan and record the presence of equipment continuously (every 3 minutes). A real-time dashboard shows the presence of equipment in each area, their movement history etc.Alerts can be configured when equipment goes out of designated zone/area

Beacons can be tagged uniquely to identify them as hired equipment.
NFC is a lot like RFID, only it's a more up-close-and-personal type of wireless. Whereas RFID can be used from a distance, NFC readers work at a maximum range of about 4 inches (10 centimeters). NFC readers aren't suitable for RFID-style inventory tracking; their range is too short. So NFC tags will appear in a flood of products and promotional items where bits of digitized information might come in handy. It will come under personal tracking.
It used tp read signals from the devices like beacons. . It will come under personal tracking
A barcode printer is aeripheral for printing barcode labels or tags that can be attached to, or printed directly on, physical objects. It will come under material tracking
A barcode reader (or barcode scanner) is an electronic device that can read and output printed barcodes to a computer. . It will come under material tracking
Bluetooth beacons are transmitters that use Bluetooth Low Energy 4.0 to broadcast signals that can be heard by compatible or smart devices. These are under equipment tracking
These are the receivers functions the same as BLE beacons. These are under equipment tracking
